the short answer is not enough scientific evidence for an answer to be conclusive yes. Though there are numerous studies about increased libido, stamina, and erection with regular Vigrx plus intakes, there is no exclusive study about the effect on penis length. In six months of my trial, though I observed about 0.5 inches increase in erection length, I think it was due to harder erection than the real increase in size. If you are looking solely for penis size increase, try Bathmate or Phallosan forte extender.

Vigrx plus is one of the best selling over the counter pills with proven clinical results (peer-reviewed scientific paper)  for increasing blood flow to the penis and libido. Its constituents are popular asphordic and have independent scientific research backings behind it (references below). But, there is no evidence of the permanent increase in penis size (superior erections typically results in 0.5-1.5 inch temporary growth in erect length though) despite the claims by the company. In my personal trial of 6 months, I found it superior to other bestsellers supplements for long lasting erections with a visible increase in erect penis size (though no permanent gain was noticed).
